CONNECT THE DRIVER TO YOUR READY-MIX CONCRETE OPERATION IN REAL TIME

TopconDRIVER guides drivers through every stage of the operation, from the start of their shift to concrete delivery.

Through the app, activities such as checklists, loading, trips, water records, delivery tickets, and incidents become part of a digital workflow connected to the management center.

CONNECTED OPERATION

FROM PAPER AND RADIO TO A MORE CONNECTED OPERATION

Even when the vehicle is already being tracked, an important part of the operation may still rely on paper notes, radio communication, and information recorded outside the digital workflow.

With TopconDRIVER, drivers become part of the ready-mix concrete operation’s connected workflow. Information related to the shift, the vehicle, and the delivery is recorded directly through the app and becomes available to the management center for monitoring.

In practice, this reduces reliance on manual processes, improves information traceability, and helps keep drivers and the management team working within the same operational workflow.

Facial Recognition Login

Facial Recognition Login
Drivers can access TopconDRIVER using facial recognition, making identification faster and ensuring that each shift is correctly linked to the responsible professional. Alternatively, users can also log in using their CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) and date of birth.

Vehicle Assignment via QR Code

The driver identifies the vehicle using the QR Code or license plate and links the shift to the correct truck before starting the operation. This keeps the driver, vehicle, and daily records associated within the same digital workflow.

Vehicle Checklist

Before starting the shift, the driver completes the checklist directly through the app. The inspections are recorded digitally, helping improve operational safety and making it easier to monitor the vehicle’s condition.

Loading Queue

Loading Queue
The driver can track their position in the queue through the app and receives a notification when the load is ready. This reduces reliance on radio calls and helps organize vehicle flow in the yard.

Trip Tracking

During the operation, the driver can view trip information such as the customer, job site, product, and delivery-related data. The workflow remains connected to the management center throughout the entire shift.

Digital Delivery Records

Added water, slump, job site photos, signed delivery receipts, and other delivery records can be entered directly through the mobile device. The data remains linked to the trip, increasing traceability and reducing manual recordkeeping.

DRIVER’S SHIFT

FROM THE START OF THE SHIFT TO DELIVERY, EVERY STEP IS GUIDED BY THE APP

TopconDRIVER supports the driver throughout the entire operation, providing guidance on what needs to be done at each stage and recording the information generated along the way.

The process begins with driver and vehicle identification, continues through the checklist and load release, and remains active during loading, the trip, and field activities.

At the end, delivery information remains linked to the trip and available to the management center for monitoring, creating a continuous workflow between the driver, vehicle, and management team.

Defect Reporting

Defect Reporting
The driver can report defects and incidents directly through TopconDRIVER, specifying the affected component, the severity of the issue, and other details about the situation. Photos and audio recordings can be added to the report to provide more information to the maintenance team.

Water Redosing

Water redosing
TopconDRIVER allows users to monitor information related to water redosing during the operation. The dosage is monitored in real time by the sensor and remains linked to the trip, increasing the traceability of information related to the load.

Breaks and "My Day"

Breaks and My Day
The driver records the breaks taken during the shift, including the type and reason for each stop. In the “My Day” section, the driver can also view trips, breaks, and activities, maintaining an organized overview of the operational routine.

INSIDE TOPCONDRIVER

EVERYTHING THE DRIVER NEEDS, RIGHT IN THE PALM OF THEIR HAND

TopconDRIVER brings together in a single app the main activities that are part of the driver’s routine, making it easier to access trip information and record actions performed throughout the operation.

From their mobile device, drivers can monitor their trips, complete checklists, view the loading queue, record breaks, report incidents and defects, and enter delivery-related data.

Each screen is designed to guide field activities and keep records linked to the operation.

The app also provides help resources and updates, making it easier for drivers to access usage guidance during their daily routine.

INTEGRATED OPERATION

FROM THE DRIVER’S SEAT TO THE MANAGEMENT CENTER, THE ENTIRE OPERATION CONNECTED IN REAL TIME

While the driver follows the shift and records information through TopconDRIVER, the management team monitors the operation through TopconFMX.

Data generated in the field becomes part of the same operational workflow, giving the management center greater visibility into trips, vehicles, deliveries, water redosing, and incidents.

As a result, information that previously depended on paper, radio communication, or separate channels becomes part of an integrated digital operation connecting the driver and the management team.

With integration to TopconDISPATCH and TopconFLEET, information related to scheduling, loads, and vehicles also follows the trip, connecting the ready-mix concrete operation’s planning to field execution.

MORE CONTROL FOR THE OPERATION

LESS NOISE IN THE FIELD, MORE CONTROL AT THE MANAGEMENT CENTER

By connecting driver activities to the ready-mix concrete operation’s management, TopconDRIVER transforms information generated throughout the shift into records that can be monitored by the operation.

This provides greater visibility for the management center and simplifies the routine of those behind the wheel.

Real-time visibility, from the yard to the job site

The management center can monitor loads, schedules, and records as they happen, increasing visibility into operational execution.

Less paper, greater traceability

Water, slump, photos, delivery receipts, and other records are digitally linked to the corresponding trip.

Driver guidance at every stage

The app presents the information and actions required throughout the shift, helping the driver identify the next step in the operation.

More information for maintenance

Defects can be reported with the affected component, severity, photo, and audio, providing the maintenance team with more information about the incident.

OFFLINE OPERATION

AN OPERATION READY TO KEEP GOING EVEN WITHOUT A SIGNAL

Offline functionality is part of the planned evolution of TopconDRIVER.

This feature will allow records and photos to be stored locally when the driver is in an area without an internet connection, such as certain areas of the yard or job site.

Once the connection is restored, the data can be automatically synchronized with the system.

The goal is to allow drivers to continue using the app even during temporary periods without connectivity.
