Nearly 20 years ago, we had an idea that was born from concrete for the concrete market: Topcon, the most powerful and complete suite for managing your concrete plant.

In the last two years, we focused on evolving our solutions, valuing our team by creating a partnership mechanism to reward employees with extraordinary performance, inviting them to join the company’s shareholder structure. The result was remarkable: we experienced significant growth, became a corporation, and started our journey toward a solid relationship with investors.

The first to believe in the strength of our product was Fabiano Seeger, executive director of concrete plant groups in the south of the country, with extensive experience in administration, finance, and marketing. He joined the board of directors and council of Topcon.

This year, Kleber Rodrigues, founder of one of the pioneering software companies for the concrete segment in Brazil and an angel investor in promising startups across the country, also joined our administrative council.

Both investors not only contributed resources to invest in an already consolidated and sustainable business model but also brought what the market calls smart money—decades of dedication to the ready-mix concrete market. Together, they are now working towards the technological development of the segment in the country.
